BACOLOR, Pampanga - A woman and her nephew went missing in a buy-bust operation in this town on Wednesday, where more than P1.3-million worth of shabu was seized.
The 41-year-old alias “Norni” did not refuse again after he was caught with drugs.
“I trust that. Once sold, it will be given to them [ang kita], “he said.
Three sachets of suspected shabu were seized from the woman weighing 200 grams and costing at least P1,360,000, according to police.
The niece who was with the lady was also late.
But according to the police, the aunt is not alone in the trend of selling illegal drugs.
The nephew was allegedly first caught in Porac, Pampanga in November where up to P7.1 million worth of drugs were seized.
“It is a group of relatives, whose source of income is pushing illegal drugs … It is a high-value individual of Angeles, so their area of operation is our neighboring provinces … They are getting their supply in Manila, most likely they are also operating in Manila, “said Police Col. Andy Simbajon, OIC of the Pampanga Provincial Police Office.
The aunt is charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
