MANILA — A row of seats at a sports stadium in Bocaue, Bulacan gave way in the middle of a concert by a popular K-pop group.
One of the onlookers, LJ Altes, shared photos on social media.
He said, suddenly a row of seats in MID 1 section 133 was damaged, causing those sitting there to lose their seats.
The photos also show that an entire row of seats on the concrete has been dislodged.
Altes said in an interview with ABS-CBN News, no one was hurt in the incident.
“Thankfully, no one was hurt and those seated there were immediately relocated,” he added.
ABS-CBN News has reached out to concert producer Live Nation Philippines for comment, but the company has yet to release a statement.
The management of the sports stadium has not yet issued a statement on the incident. There is a report from Jaehwa Bernardo, ABS-CBN News
